I have downloaded the Fdiversity software for my data analysis. I have followed all the instructions how to connect it to R. When I select the Help menu it tells me ‘Open communication port to R (admistrative status needed).
I have downloaded and install R version 3.4.0 from the link you provided but still the Functional diversity estimation and analysis statistics don’t work.
I need help how to open the communication ports to R.
